Here are some of my favorite adventures from around the world. I feel extremely lucky and privileged to have had these experiences and moments in my life.
A favorite 14er for many (including mine), Mt. Sneffels is gorgeous. We took the Lavender Couloir, or the standard route to the summit.

For many in our group, Darvaza Crater was THE reason to visit Turkmenistan. One can argue that it’s the only legit tourist sight in the whole country. For me? It was the icing on the cake. A fitting end to a week of wonderful encounters, eyebrow-raising moments, and the most memorable travel experience.
Who knew that a jungle sunrise can cause such a commotion? Sunrise at Tikal was eerie and beautiful, it gave me goosebumps. Guys, it was simply magical (and I don’t use this world lightly)

I came to Crystal River, Florida to snorkel with manatees and the experience went above my already ridiculously-high expectation. Manatees are officially my new favorite water animals.
Huayhuash Trek is a 10-day trek in Huayhuash mountain range in Peru. It’s one of the most underrated treks and still one of our favorites up to this day. Its length and difficulty makes this trail relatively less crowded but the scenery is BIG.
In general, I’ve been pretty lucky in all of my travels *knock on wood*. I’d never gotten sick. I’ve only been robbed once. But every now and then I encounter a string of bad lucks in one particular place that I can’t help but think that, ‘Man, this place just does NOT like me.’
